Internship Roles & Responsibilities (WFH)

01 · Identifying stocks for intraday, short-term, swing trading and long-term investment.

02 · Analysing stocks using technical indicators and fundamental analysis.

03 · Updating the company regarding stocks tradable for intraday.

04 · Trading with a company demat account remotely.

05 · Handling the company client portfolio for real market exposure.

06 · Preparing reports on strategies for risk and reward comparison.

07 · Live market trading session tracking.

Options of Internship — Choose Any 01

Option 01 — Training with Internship (WFH)

This remote program is designed for freshers & beginners seeking practical experience, hands-on training, and career placement support.

Flexible Internship: The internship can be completed simultaneously alongside the training program or commenced after successfully completing the training program, based on the candidate’s preference and schedule.

Key Terms & Conditions

1. Training Fee & Registration

One-Time Fee: ₹1,999/- payable in full prior to the start of the program.

Payment Policy: The fee cannot be deducted from future stipend payments.

Purpose of the Fee:

• Intent & Commitment: Ensures serious applications and filters out casual joiners.

• Professional Ethics: Maintains a disciplined remote work culture free from self-promotion.

• Trainer Compensation: Directly compensates subject matter experts for mentorship.

• Dedicated Resources: Supports background verifications and placement assistance.

• Batch Capacity: Capped at 10 candidates per batch.

2. Session Schedule (Remote Live via Zoho Meeting)

Timing: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM (IST) · Days: Monday to Friday

Option 02 — Direct Hiring / Advanced Role (WFH)

This remote pathway is designed for qualified postgraduates with verifiable stock market industry experience. Selected candidates handle live client portfolios and receive full-time job offers.

Key Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification
Must hold or be currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in any discipline.

2. Technical Expertise

• Equity Cash Intraday Stocks

• Treatment of Exceptional Items in financial statements

• Data extraction for SME companies

3. Professional Experience & Verification
Must have prior work experience with an established stock market brokerage or financial firm. Valid work certificate on official company letterhead containing CIN required.
